Refund policy
We currently do not offer refunds on custom made items, if you have any concerns with your order please contact us directly so that we may resolve any concerns. Due to the nature of our printing some uniqueness may appear on your item, we do take various measures to reduce this process and quality check every item before shipping.
Socks: lease note: Each product is checked to ensure quality and we do our best to provide them without any defects. No two pairs or two socks are exactly alike as this is a 100% custom process to produce them. A break in the pattern will appear on each of the sides of the socks. We do our best to make it look natural and eliminate the line on the sides so it looks like a seam to seam print, however, this break is part of the tolerance level and a norm in this kind of sock.
To be eligible for a replacement item certain terms and conditions apply please review Terms and Conditions for replacement items, Items must be returned to shipper within 7 days of receiving your item/s in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ladyfaceprinting@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for any carrier mishandling of your items, please reach out to shipping carrier for an insurance claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept return on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For any exchange issues for wrong sizing, color or style return shipping rates are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds/Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/replacement, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
