Welcome to LadyFace Printing Terms & Conditions. Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By using this form, website and/or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has entered our dispatching process, we will not be able to make any changes.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Our products are made by hand or supplied by direct supplier(s), small imperfections / differences in shape, size and colour can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product. This part of the handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.
FABRIC
Base Fabric:
Due to our base cloth being made from cotton/polyester and or natural linen there can be a variance in colour from batch to batch. Our fabrics are made from natural products and may thus have natural characteristics such as slubs and other irregularities in the yarns, which are not weaving faults and therefore not considered faults by us as a company.
Colour matching:
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that colours correspond to our samples, slight variances may occur, every run is individual and variations in actual goods may occur.
Colour Fastness:
Our fabrics are not guaranteed against colour fading. Direct sunlight is not recommended.

Cleaning:
Hand Wash, Hang Dry or Dry Cleaning is recommended for our fabrics. Up to 5% shrinkage can be expected.
Treatments:
No liability will be accepted for changes in appearance, performance, or defects in any of our fabrics if they are treated after purchase by applying or processing of any kind.
Faulty goods:
Goods must be carefully inspected upon delivery. Once worn, washed or altered we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
Photos:
When submitting your images for a custom order please be sure you have read all of these guidelines first.
Acceptable images to create custom photo prints to be made from:
Custom prints can be made from a large variety of images including (but not limited to) clip art, simple and complex illustrations, kids drawings, & photographs.
When submitting an image for a custom print to be made from please keep in mind that images should be as large and clear as possible.
Photos should be well lite, and not blurry or pixaly. Low quality images produce low quality prints, we reserve the right to refuse to make any custom print from an image that does not follow these guidelines, and we HIGHLY recommend that if you are unsure, email us your photo/image first so that we can best advice you on if the image will work. We do not perform any photo editing on your image so please be aware of this when submitting images with lower quality. We will not issue any refunds or replacements for images with lower quality.

Proofing: Product proofing will be sent to the email provided/used when sending photos within 24-72hrs please make sure you are checking your email as we will not begin printing until proofing is approved. 

Edits: Your purchase includes two edits any additional edits fee will apply.
