All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Damages:

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Shipping Insurance:

Shipping insurance is available if you would like to protect your order in case of damage or loss. The cost for shipping insurance is 2% of the total order value.
